THE FOUNDATION

From the football field to the real estate market, the game changed — the mindset didn’t. Growing up in a sports family, Asa Spades Turner learned early that success is built long before game day. Discipline, preparation, accountability, and a relentless work ethic became part of who he was — values that would shape both his athletic career and the way he approaches real estate today. A standout athlete at Carlsbad High School, Asa became a highly recruited football player, earning more than 25 Division I offers from programs across the country. His journey took him to the University of Washington, where he started for five seasons, before continuing his career at the University of Florida, competing at the highest level of college football. Those experiences taught him more than how to compete. They taught him how to prepare under pressure, study the details, trust a team, make adjustments when the plan changes, and execute when it matters most..

Today, Asa brings that same mentality to real estate. He holds a degree in Real Estate and Built Environment from the University of Washington, providing a strong academic foundation in property analysis, market strategy, and the built environment. Combined with his experience competing at the highest levels of college athletics, Asa approaches each transaction with preparation, strategy, discipline, and attention to detail.

THE APPROACH

As a former athlete, Asa approaches real estate with the same competitive drive and preparation that defined his playing career. Having performed in front of over 100,000 fans, his communication skills are at an elite level — he stays calm, focused, and decisive when it matters most.

Asa also uses the athletic terminology  to make real estate easier to understand. By translating complex concepts into familiar ideas like game plans, film study, recruiting, and play calling, he helps clients understand not only what is happening, but why it matters. His goal is to make the real estate process clear, approachable, and strategic, so every client feels prepared for the next play.
